Permanent Cosmetics By Cassie Thank you, to all my clients for 17 wonderful years. My husband was recently transferred out of the area, and I am going with him to the Chicago, Illinois area. I moved out my office the second week of July, 2008 and quit my business. I have no current plans to do permanent cosmetics.
